Balance issues

I don't think it's fair to be able to use runes for armor on belts and such because this makes torso armor the weakest part of the gear.
Besides daggers still get the same bonus from both str and dex (so it's better to put all your points on dex and use a dagger) besides wands can have aditional runes (as orbs, scepters and such) making them better than swords.
Plus blunt weapons have the bonus against undead.
Everyone should say what isn't fair.

I haven't checked the range in weapons.txt but I'm pretty sure that the range on all scepters are 1. One some 1handed swords they are 1 but 2handeds can have range of 3. So one a barb swords would be used more often, though on a paladin or druid 8-O (I prefer two-handed weapons, do to the slow block shapeshifted) Scepters would be a better bet, which is why scepters are a Pally weapon basically ;) .
