Stat points after a certain level

Hello.
Could it be possible to mod the game as such to give 10 stat points instead of five BUT only after a certain level, for example after level 99(I already succeded to mod as to have max level 135).
I found in charstats.txt how to have more stat and skill points per level, but that applies it to the whole leveling spectrum from 1 to max.

If it can only be done by code edit, then I will better create a charm recipe to only work after lvl 99 and add to it stats each level
