Where is AMN supposed to drop?
To complete some runewords I'm looking for an AMN rune. Does anybody know where it is supposed to drop? I think it should be somewhere between A3 and Flameriver in Normal, or am I wrong?

The highest odds for it to drop are in act 3 from "magic enemies"
Else you can find it in act2, from any monster dropping gems/jewelry.

Re: Where is AMN supposed to drop?
There is a semi-useful way you can find out where runes are likely to drop:
Runes 1-6 (act 1 NORM)
Runes 7-12 (act 2 NORM)
Runes 13-18 (act 3 NORM)
Runes 19-24 (act 4 NORM)
Runes 25-30 (act 5 NORM)
Runes 31-36 (act 1 NM)
Runes 37-42 (act 2 NM)
Runes 43-48 (act 3 NM)
Runes 49-54 (act 4 NM)
Runes 55-60 (act 5 NM)
Runes 61-66 (act 1 HELL)
Runes 67-72 (act 2 HELL)
Runes 73-78 (act 3 HELL)
Runes 79-84 (act 4 HELL)
Runes 85-90 (act 5 HELL)
Runes 91-95 (oblivion 32/164)
Runes 96-100 (oblivion 1/164)
Notes that runes 91-100 can only be found in oblivion (and from several hard bosses)
