Install?????
Ok ive read all the post on this touchy subject and i am still lost ive pasted all the contents of the folder in my LOD inv as any usual mod but now what i cant seem to get the whole shortcut thing to work out hook a holic up please PEACE!!

Long time no see, bud. Here is what you do. Copy + paste the following into your d2 directory:
(All this stuff came when you downloaded)
patch_d2.mpq
D2Game.dll
D2Client.dll
D2Common.dll
data (its a folder
)
Now, after doing this, return to your desktop. You should have a shortcut to D2 there. Right-click on it and select properties. At the end of the target line you should add " -direct -txt".
Ie.
Target : "C:\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" -direct -txt
And that should do it! Enjoy!
