Animation Error in Full Screen

I need some help fixing the following animation issue.
I am running Win 7 x64 Pro.

Top pic is of me.
Middle pic is of me with elemental armor cast running in full mode.
Bottom pic is of me with elemental armor cast running in -w mode.

How do I fix the fullscreen mode if possible?



EDIT: I did some more work with this issue. It's not Win 7. I installed D2 on a XP machine and in full screen mode, this happens. Any idea how I can fix it?

EDIT2: When playing with the settings in overlays.txt, I produce this error. Anyone know what it means?

EDIT3: I removed the light radius from overlays.txt. That fixed the error... Still working on my graphic issue.

Watch your settings in both states and overlays.txt. Sometimes cloning skills is not as simple as it seems.
