[1.13d] - Allow Amazon bow equip for Rogue Act 1

Hi all. I would like to understand how to enable the ability to equip an Amazon bow on Rogue for d2gs 1.13d. I don't need a full inventory, but this particular function. I searched for a long time on the forum itself, but the only thing I could find was the BaseMod mod, which has a similar function, but my task is to get this feature without connecting third-party plugins.
