Mystery chest find

Mystery chest find
I did a search on the forum, looked through the document that came with the mod, no avail on finding anything about this. Doing Mystery Chests, I came across an item called "Item Arm". It sounds like the Cube when you put the item back down after picking it up. I know I may have to wait a long while to get a response but does anyone have any idea what this item is for? I'm hanging on to it coz it's so unusual.

Check the hidden recipes. The Item Arm can be added to one of the unique grand charms and it will grant a skill (not all grand charms can be used). I believe it is a skill like Item Find.

Hans is right!
the item is a grandcharm where you can add this with the cube to get +1 itemfind
the charm can be found anywhere but most likely at the treasure maggots in A5 as they drop MANY MANY MANY ... uniques
