pets/mercs
Just wondering if this mod is going to use the pet system as it was proposed in CW? Or has it been scrapped along with CW?

Re: pets/mercs
You had "pets" instead of hirelings. Each class had its own pet if I remember it right.

Re: pets/mercs
There was a different "pet" for each act of the fifteen for every fifth act the pet was the same in basis (birds of prey, predetors, fairys, etc.) but had a different look along with different skills (ex. A1 had a hawk, A6 had a griffin and A11 had a pheonix if i remember correctly)
They also had "pet items" designed specificly for pets that altered their AI or something like that so they would help you more.(Not sure how much of the AI altering Joel got working)
(Sorry about the spelling and/or anything i got wrong)

Don't annoy me... I'm running out of places to put the bodies.

That's a good question
we'll surely discuss this sooner or later

If you ever get pulled over for drunk driving, and the police officer tells you to touch your finger to your nose..... NEVER.....EVER...... touch his. (they dont like it BUT its funny as all get out)
**sigh** i suppose since nothing has been said on this topic for a while that the pet idea won't be implimented
or maybe you're just keeping it for a surprise
Hireling will get reworked. You may notice i have brought back the old CWAT topic on this subject and added new comments.
